Hello and welcome to Children of Bahamut!

This OOC post will be for all your introductory and/or plotting needs! For newcomers, we want to give a space to outline their initial thoughts and plans to get started strong. For established players, feel free to make your event and other plans for the future here!

You can use the form below! If you play more than one character, you're free to make a top-level for just your relevant player information and comment beneath with each respective character.

What tropes are your favorite to explore? Any quests in particular that catch your eye you'd like to see about getting people to do? <b>Anything else?</b> This is for anything especially important to note about your character, but also often the designated meme section.

As a few quick notes:

⁂ The Brain Boggling event log is up in its entirety! Use this post to plot for it, but feel free to top-level or tag into the actual event at your leisure.
⁂ We want to encourage people to continue to use the quest board to get themselves established in the community and building reputation if they want something to do!
⁂ Character claims are always open until we hit the player cap! So, please keep checking back on this post for new players or characters that might be added to ensure everyone receives a warm welcome!

Most of all, we want people to have fun and let us know if your character gets up to anything good, bad, or whatever! All of it will influence the world around them and potentially have benefits or consequences.

The last time this happened he was also mostly alone or completely alone (twice now, actually, whoops) so having someone watch his back is a novelty. He'll sleep for a week on Emet's couch after, just you watch.

Could have a thing where Elidibus kills one of the things that munched on Emet, blowing it up in his yard and getting blasted. That'd probably wake him up?

Elidibus, go sleep on your own couch. The last thing he needs is Erichthonios tearing down his door with worry, and he should like a little shut-eye himself after all of this besides.

He'll do what he can to watch over Elidibus until he can't anymore. Fortunately, this probably means Emet-Selch won't be out of commission for too long. His sudden absence would be difficult to otherwise overlook.

And I'd be down for something like that! (Someone please save this man and his ancient brain full of ancient secrets...) Are there any memories particularly that you'd like Elidibus to witness as a result?

(Oh yes, that'd wake him up. If the memories of others don't do it first.)

I did in fact make a prompt in my top-level that'll suit this quite well!

We could have ShB Emet from being on the First, since Elidibus wasn't there at all! It would be interesting to see how things happened there first (second?) hand. All Elidibus knows right now is that Emet went there....and then bit it. He does know details from WoLs about what happened, but that's vague at best.
