Hello and welcome to Children of Bahamut!

This OOC post will be for all your introductory plotting needs! While there will be plotting posts for events once they officially start in November and on, we wanted to give everyone a space to outline their initial thoughts and plans to get started strong.

You can use the form below! If you play more than one character, you're free to make a top-level for just your relevant player information and comment beneath with each respective character.

Any quests in particular that catch your eye you'd like to see about getting people to do? <b>Anything else?</b> This is for anything especially important to note about your character, but also often the designated meme section.

As a few quick notes:

⁂ The Town Town Hall Meeting is up and serves as a game opening mingle! Our first real, proper event will be November 1st.
⁂ While a month might seem like a long time, we want to encourage people to use the the quest board to get themselves established in the community and building reputation if they want something to do!
⁂ Character claims are always open until we hit the player cap! So, please keep checking back on this post for new players or characters that might be added to ensure everyone receives a warm welcome!

Most of all, we want people to have fun and let us know if your character gets up to anything good, bad, or whatever! All of it will influence the world around them and potentially have benefits or consequences.

Howdy howdy! It took me a hot minute, but I'd love to plot with Ko if you're down!

Gethen doesn't necessarily have any familial regrets, but in his world his people have done a lot of terrible things (and continue to do a lot of them), so he might be able to commiserate? I could also see him maybe being drawn to Ko's general vibes on account of a partial resemblance to his absent overpowered husband back home.

As an alternative or supplement, too - I'm poking around for a dragon or two to note as a past connection for Gethen's patron, Othokent! I think Renthisj might be a good fit, seeing as Kent had a taste (dependency? we'll see) for herbal stimulants and was generally the cloistered and curious sort to boot. Geth will want to know as much about his patron as he can learn, so such a connection could also lead him to Ko once bonds start ramping up a bit more. ^^

hello! always down to plot and its a resounding yes for ko and gethen. i looked over his info he seems real cool! gethen also seems a bit similar to ko's right hand man so lol that'll def be fun.

i think ko is definitely going to be really interested in his own dragon as well instead of trying to push her away; i'm def down for past dragon CR. it should be fun to play in the beginning stages of things too. especially since kent was sort of similar to ren in the talking about interests regard?

Oh that's great news, lol, since Ko also seems to bear some resemblance to Gethen's! I'm sure that won't be awkward at all. /s

And yeah! I could see Kent becoming a chatty client, maybe after a lengthy warm-up period. Gethen and Ko putting their heads together to investigate their respective dragons might be a decent starting point if you want! Or we can of course always put them In A Situation.
