Children of Bahamut OOC

Hello and welcome to the month of love! We adore you, dear playerbase, and are glad to be able to continue to bring you fun draconic content!

As always, we appreciate the feedback received from players and hope to adjust things accordingly to make the game a smoother, stress-free experience for all. We're here for fun and we want to make that as easy to achieve as possible!

This post will highlight the changes or updates we made in January, housekeeping items/reminders, and a list of claims, check-in warnings, and drops.

So, without further ado...

UPDATES

While we will mention updates as well on our mod plurk and Discord server, we're repeating them here for folks who don't have one.

You can check for the tag on pages to see what we've added or clarified on!

⁂ The quest board was updated last month! There's also a partner plotting post facilitated by James for the new ones. We're continuing to add all the currently player suggested quests so keep them coming!

⁂ The calendar has been updated for February! Previous months will be in headers on the page as a 'timeline' of sorts for players to look back on or refresh themselves about happenings in-game. Make sure to utilize this to know what the weather is like or any mini-events that might be coming up!

REMINDERS

Just a few quick reminders from us:

⁂ The test drive meme is up on the meme comm! Tell your friends! After some feedback, we've added a top-level directory thread and a separate section for rockstar profiles to be posted rather than it being baked into the test drive meme itself. (This is subject to change, if people are finding they'd rather have the option for both in their own top-levels- Let us know!)

⁂ Character claims are always open until we hit the player cap! So, please keep checking back on the current plotting post for new players or characters that might be added to ensure everyone receives a warm welcome!

This OOC post will be for all your introductory and/or plotting needs! For newcomers, we want to give a space to outline their initial thoughts and plans to get started strong. For established players, feel free to make your event and other plans for the future here!

You can use the form below! If you play more than one character, you're free to make a top-level for just your relevant player information and comment beneath with each respective character.

What tropes are your favorite to explore? Any quests in particular that catch your eye you'd like to see about getting people to do? <b>Anything else?</b> This is for anything especially important to note about your character, but also often the designated meme section.

As a few quick notes:

⁂ The Brain Boggling event log is up in its entirety! Use this post to plot for it, but feel free to top-level or tag into the actual event at your leisure.
⁂ We want to encourage people to continue to use the quest board to get themselves established in the community and building reputation if they want something to do!

Most of all, we want people to have fun and let us know if your character gets up to anything good, bad, or whatever! All of it will influence the world around them and potentially have benefits or consequences.
