Plotting Post: Fae Festivities
OOC INTRO(S) & PLOTTING
Hello and welcome to Children of Bahamut!
This OOC post will be for all your introductory and/or plotting needs! For newcomers, we want to give a space to outline their initial thoughts and plans to get started strong. For established players, feel free to make your event and other plans for the month of November here!

About: Hi! I'm Shesha, I work in the medical field and am interested in a ton of different things. Video games, space, writing, going out to find cool rocks, etc! I was on vacation for almost half of last month so I didn't get to do as much as I'd wanted, but I am NOW HERE.
I try to consistently tag, but I work 10:30am-11pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and live in Pacific Time. I also sporadically work additional on-call shifts. I will, however, backtag until the heat death of the universe.
⁂ PLOT WITH ME
Character: Elidibus
Canon: Final Fantasy XIV
Canon Point: Current canon, so post-Dawntrail, plus Amani CRAU
Age: Thousands and thousands, man this boy be ancient.
Dragon Bond: Nannan Urathear, Steel dragon. Nannan found themselves bereft of a true desire for specific work in their life, tending to do odd jobs that allowed them to eke out a modest existence. They were however, possessed of a deep desire to understand the world, to live in the singular moment and reveled in the mystery of endless tomorrows. While esoteric, many found them agreeable and calming to be around with their "go with the flow" attitude. Show them an interesting leaf and they will be occupied for hours. They were also noted to have an affinity for halfling herb.

Local intense twink with a penchant for piano, sparring, and balance here to help people out and be earnest and sincere to a fault. He has endured an immense amount of tragedy in his long years, but despite the loss of everything and everyone he had ever known or loved - including the gradual loss of his very memories and identity (which were restored in the end) - he endured. So long as he had his duty, he would always endure. I could write a LOT on this man and his character with the various depths that he has - especially if you take him from different points in canon... but the core of him is love of all kinds. Emissary of the Convocation of Fourteen, his impartial judgements seldom err.
Game/Event Plan(s): After the unfortunate mess with the bathtub moonshine, a party where he WON'T feel horribly ill is going to be fantastic.
- Elidibus is going to go for the prizes for Battleship and also Onions. The nectar is extremely useful, and you can always use delicious onions in your cooking. It'll be a great time in the games! He won't do the dress up, however, he's comfortable with his usual attire.
- He has no plans on going into the deeper forest for himself, but can and will accompany others or go after people if they might need his help. Happy to help!
- He spent the better part of last month slowly building his piano and enchanting it so that he can make it portable/summon it at will wherever he wants (and to make it be protected from various hazards). But now that time will be well-spent! He's going to whip out an entire grand piano and start playing with Slayd.
- For most of the party he will be friendly with everyone he meets - he's very social, after all! But he'll spend much of the time observing as well, keeping a watchful eye out and ready to defend against any issues that might arise from the fae present. That includes fending off any who may insist on trades, or helping someone to be known by a title not their name. He'll be your defense or your offense - and will be glad to do it.
Interested In: Elidibus is here to have a good time and to get to know the others better. However that turns out, I'm interested in exploring! He has a lot of love and care to give to others, especially since he's settling in to seeing this place as a new home. Positive or negative CR is accepted, though he's a rather forgiving individual in many areas.

She might, just might, be inspired to try to make coffee biscuits as a thanks.
They will probably be burnt.
Actually she will probably start out 'WHAT IS WITH ALL THESE ASCIANS'- she's run into Emet-Selch and Lahabrea so far.
ALSO open to anything hijinks related. Give her lessons in Oracle of Darknessing, ascian skills, but ALSO go on adventures. Her dragon is going to start influencing her to be more research oriented too, emphasizing her desire to write down her experiences and write stories.

Even burnt coffee biscuits will be eaten and enjoyed for what they're meant to be. He's kind like that.
He probably doesn't know much of Gaia at all! I don't think anyone ever told him what happened with Eden. It'll be interesting to learn what all happened, seeing how he was in the middle of possessing Ardbert's body and then doing all of that while Eden was happening.
He (and I) would be down for everything you listed. Meeting at the party like "wait there's MORE of you???" sounds hilarious.

Filling in the gaps will be incredibly helpful and naturally he'll answer whatever questions she might have as well. Elidibus as he is now doesn't mind spilling all the beans unless it's personal business.
