Geth does also have an opt-out post if you would like to dodge spoilers ♡ I'm not super familiar with XV myself yet but have been meaning to take the plunge when I have the time, so right back atcha ^^

Geth doesn't mind royalty! The Legions don't really have any in his time, and he does know from experience that royals are definitely not all cut from the same (irritating) cloth. Regis's status would probably draw him in once he knows about it, at least while he's still trying to gauge who all around here he should be prioritizing diplomacy with. ;D

And he is also a caster himself as a druid! He only (semi) recently started training that and is still very much learning to wrap his head around casting more traditional spells in general. They could definitely do some hunting together if you're up for that, but Geth could also hit up Regis for some arcane study, too, especially once dragon changes start really hitting.
